Do I need experience to start MMA?

No. Many of our members started with zero experience. Our classes are structured to help beginners learn safely and progressively.

What do I need to bring to my first class?

Comfortable training clothes and a drink. We’ll guide you through everything else when you arrive.

Am I too old to start MMA?

Not at all. We have members training for fitness, confidence and enjoyment at many different ages and experience levels.

Can I train MMA without competing?

Yes. Competition is completely optional. Many members train purely for fitness, self-development and enjoyment.

Do you offer Kids & Teens MMA?

Yes. We run structured Kids & Teens MMA sessions focused on skill development, fitness and confidence.

How often should I train?

Most beginners start with 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency matters more than intensity early on.
