OPEN MAT

BJJ, MMA & FRIDAY NIGHT ROUNDS

Open Mat is your time to train your way. Roll, drill, hit bags, work rounds in the cage, sharpen your skills or ask a coach for advice.

No formal lesson. No set plan. Just focused training time for members who want to get better.

Praetorian MMA Open Mat

WHAT IS OPEN MAT?

Open Mat is not a formal class. It is dedicated training time for members who want to improve their skills, gain experience and spend more time on the mats.

Whether you train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA or both, Open Mat gives you the freedom to work on what you need. Roll, drill, hit the bags, practise takedowns, work rounds in the cage or refine techniques with training partners.

Coaches are often available to answer questions, offer advice and help guide your development, but the session is ultimately driven by you. It is your opportunity to gain extra mat time, build confidence and continue improving at your own pace.
