SAFEGUARDING OFFICER
At Praetorian MMA, safeguarding is treated as a core responsibility across the entire organisation. We are committed to creating an environment where children, teenagers and adults feel safe, respected and supported both on and off the mats.
Kelly Sparks acts as the club’s dedicated Safeguarding Officer and is the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, welfare matters or situations requiring additional support and guidance. All concerns are handled professionally, respectfully and confidentially.
We encourage members, parents and visitors to speak up if they ever have concerns regarding behaviour, safety, wellbeing or safeguarding matters within the club environment.
If you believe somebody is at immediate risk of harm or requires urgent assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency services or safeguarding authorities immediately.

RAISE THE CONCERN
Speak directly with Kelly Sparks, a coach or contact the club using the safeguarding email address.
PROVIDE THE DETAILS
Share what happened, who was involved and any important information that may help us respond appropriately.
APPROPRIATE ACTION
Concerns will be reviewed and handled in line with our safeguarding procedures, policies and responsibilities.
