The Adult Gi Pathway is built for adults who want to begin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi training properly in Fareham and Gosport. You do not need previous experience, high fitness levels, flexibility or confidence before you start. You need the right room, the right coaches and a clear first step.
At Praetorian MMA, you will learn in a structured adult class with coaching, support and progression. Training in the Gi helps you understand grips, control, patience and problem-solving. It teaches you how to move, defend, escape and build skill over time.
This pathway gives you everything you need to walk through the door prepared, including your Fortitude Gi, gumshield, insurance, bottled water and access to the adult training timetable, so you can focus on training instead of worrying about what to buy first.

The Adult Gi Pathway starts with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi training in Fareham and Gosport, but your membership also gives you access to the wider adult timetable at Praetorian MMA. You can build confidence in Gi BJJ, add NoGi grappling, train MMA and develop striking through Kickboxing.

YOUR FIRST
GI BJJ CLASS
Starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can feel like a big step, but your first class is simple. You will be welcomed in, shown how the room works and guided through the session without needing any previous experience.

Adult membership gives you access to Gi BJJ and the wider adult timetable, including NoGi BJJ, MMA and Kickboxing. It is a simple starting point for adults who want to begin Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while still having room to explore other classes.
