FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need experience to start kickboxing?

No. Our adult and teen kickboxing classes are beginner friendly, and coaches will help you learn safely from the start.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable sports clothing. We provide free bottled water, and we’ll guide you on equipment once you get started.

Are Kids & Teens Kickboxing classes currently running?

Not at the moment. They are planned to return as we expand the timetable and coaching structure.

Is Ladies Only Kickboxing running?

Not currently. The class is planned to return when coaching cover allows.

Is kickboxing good for fitness?

Yes. Kickboxing is excellent for cardio, coordination, strength, confidence and general conditioning.

Can I do 1-to-1 kickboxing training?

Yes. 1-to-1 and small group training is available for padwork, technique, fitness and striking development.
