NoGi BJJ at Praetorian MMA

WHAT IS NOGI BJJ?

FAST. FUNCTIONAL. BUILT FOR MMA.

NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu removes the traditional gi and focuses on movement, positioning, control and submission grappling without relying on grips or heavy fabric control.

The pace is faster. Scrambles happen more often. Reactions matter. It develops strong wrestling awareness, body control, transitions and pressure that cross directly into MMA and real world self-defence.

Whether your goal is confidence, competition or becoming harder to control, NoGi develops a style of grappling that works everywhere.
