Praetorian MMA Morning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class

WHAT ARE MORNING CLASSES?

Our morning classes are built for adults who want to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a calm, structured and supportive environment before the day begins.

These sessions include both Gi and NoGi training, helping you improve fitness, confidence, movement and practical grappling skills without needing previous experience.

They are especially useful for shift workers, emergency service personnel and anyone who needs training to fit around real life rather than the other way around.

NEW TO BJJ?

YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Most people who start in our morning classes have never trained before, or they are returning after time away. You do not need to be fit, flexible or confident before you walk through the door.

The coaching is clear, the pace is sensible and the room is supportive. You will be shown what to do, partnered appropriately and given time to build confidence at your own pace.

These sessions are especially useful if evenings are difficult because of work, family life, military commitments, emergency service shifts or changing routines.
